Really well put together release from members of Society Nurse and Salvation. You get an 80s HC vibe from this record, but not from the same old, usual suspects. This feels like one of those cool, off kilter, brooding bands that Pushead would have released. This is moody sounding, but also hits hard with a lot of power. This is what hardcore is about for me, working within the confines of what hardcore originated as, while staying creative, adding in multiple influences to create your own ugly monster, not just copying what has already happened.
